Terms of Service

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, using a license key, accessing a Fused-operated service, or using an Engine with Fused cloud services, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate account information, keep access methods secure, and promptly remove access that is no longer authorized.

You may use Fused to build and operate lawful integrations for your organization and its authorized users. You must follow applicable law, provider terms, service documentation, plan limits, access controls, and the permissions granted by each data owner.

You must not use Fused to access accounts or data without authorization; bypass consent, scopes, rate limits, security controls, or provider restrictions; distribute malware; facilitate fraud, harassment, surveillance, or unlawful discrimination; interfere with Fused or another tenant; probe another tenant’s data; misrepresent the source or approval of a service; expose secrets in public contracts; or use the service to develop or benchmark a competing product in violation of applicable access restrictions.

• Use least-privilege scopes, keep Engine and CLI software updated, secure license keys and credentials, and configure backups and encryption keys for customer-operated infrastructure.
• Review plans, imported contracts, operation selections, connection profiles, webhook destinations, and generated interfaces before applying or using them in production.
• Obtain rights to API descriptions, data, credentials, and other material you submit, and provide required privacy notices and consent to your users.
• Verify outputs before relying on them. Imported, inferred, generated, or community-published contracts may be incomplete or become stale when a provider changes its API.
• Respond to compromised credentials, unauthorized connections, provider revocation, and security notices without delay.

You retain ownership of service descriptions, configuration, code, data, and other material you submit. You grant Fused the rights needed to host, process, reproduce, validate, transform, and transmit that material solely to operate, secure, and improve the services and provide requested support.

If you deliberately publish a service or version to the public Registry, you grant Fused a worldwide, non-exclusive right to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and make that published contract and catalogue metadata available through Fused. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that the publication does not contain credentials, personal data that should remain private, or material that violates law or third-party rights. You may stop future public distribution by using available visibility or removal controls, subject to backups, prior downloads, immutable version records, and legal retention requirements.

Third-party APIs, identity providers, hosting services, and app marketplaces are not controlled by Fused. Their terms, privacy practices, uptime, approval processes, quotas, scopes, and technical changes apply independently. You authorize Fused and your Engine to send requests and data to providers you select. Fused is not responsible for a provider’s service, data, decisions, or changes.

Features, limits, managed availability, support, and fees depend on your plan or order form. Fees are due as stated at purchase and are non-refundable except where law or a written agreement requires otherwise. We may add, change, deprecate, or discontinue features, but will use reasonable efforts to give notice when a material change adversely affects active paid use.

Preview, beta, experimental, and provider-pilot features may be changed or withdrawn at any time and may not be suitable for production. A feature appearing in documentation, configuration, or an interface does not mean it is enabled for every account or provider.

Each party will protect the other party’s confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for the relationship. Fused maintains safeguards designed to protect information it operates. Customers remain responsible for customer-hosted Engines, their surrounding infrastructure, access policies, encryption keys, backups, and lawful instructions. Our Privacy Policy explains how Fused handles personal information.

Fused and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, documentation, branding, and improvements, excluding your content and third-party material. Any license to installed software is also subject to its distributed license. If you provide feedback, you allow Fused to use it without restriction or obligation to you.

You may stop using Fused at any time and may terminate paid services according to your plan or order form. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful or abusive use, provider requirement, unpaid amount, plan violation, or material breach. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

On termination, rights to use the affected services end. Sections that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—continue to apply. Customers should export required configuration and arrange credential revocation before termination.

To the extent permitted by law, Fused and all Registry content, generated interfaces, preview features, and third-party integrations are provided “as is” and “as available.” Fused disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Fused does not warrant that a contract matches every provider behavior or that a provider will approve, preserve, or refresh a grant.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Fused’s aggregate liability arising from the services will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where they are prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as Fused changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. The governing law and dispute forum in a signed order form control; otherwise, applicable conflict-of-law rules determine the forum and law that may govern.
